Terms of Use.

Using the site

This website is provided by the Competitive Programming Club (“CPClub”) at the Arab Academy for Science & Technology for its members and applicants. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering, and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

Use the site only for lawful, club-related purposes. Do not attempt to access other members’ accounts or data, disrupt the service, scrape or overload it, or misuse the training materials, leaderboard, or communications.

Training materials

Materials shared through the club (sheets, sessions, and resources) are for members’ personal educational use. Do not redistribute them outside the club without permission.

Fair standings

The leaderboard reflects members’ competitive programming activity. Manipulating ratings or activity data, or misrepresenting your results, may lead to removal from the standings or the club.

Availability and disclaimer

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CPClub is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms or the site’s features at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
